A well-reputed school in Kathmandu is looking for: Head of Research & New Skill Development
- Master’s/MPhil/Doctorate degree In Education
- Proven expertise in modern education research, new skill development, and training, in Nepal/abroad
- At least S years’experience at strategy and policy-making level In a national/international school or college
- Strong planning, monitoring and documentation skills
- Functional expertise in all basic computer packages and Internet savvy
- Excellent knowledge of the local education market and industry linkage
Candidates with appropriate international exposure may have an advantage
Job brief
The incumbent will be required to plan, develop, and implement student, teacher, and management skill development and training modules, working in close association with the Management team. S/he should be an independent go-getter with excellent network among the education community and should possess excellent knowledge of modern teaching practices, alongside being technology savvy.
