Habitat Nepal operates as part of an international network with a common objective of reducing poverty and eliminating substandard housing and homelessness from the world. Habitat Nepal invites applications from highly qualified candidates for the following 2 positions:
1. SENIOR MANAGER – FINANCIAL INCLUSION: The Senior Manager – Financial Inclusion will provide leadership, management, and oversight of programs to expand Habitat’s work with housing market actors in Nepal. This position plays a key role in ensuring appropriate financial inclusion strategies and planning processes at national level are aligned with Habitat’s Terwilliger Center for Innovation in Shelter (TCIS) regional and global practices.
2. PROGRAM QUALITY MANAGER: The Program Quality Manager is responsible for leadership and oversight for data driven project monitoring and evaluation efforts of Habitat for Humanity’s reconstruction efforts in Nepal. Moreover, the role will also be responsible for managing the project’s M&E Plan, develop relevant M&E tools, and provide technical training and guidance to the project team and partners.
