Job Description
A reputed class ‘A’ construction company is seeking to recruit qualified candidates for the following positions:
1. Technical Manager —To be stationed at Head Office M.E. or B.E. (Civil) having 8 to 10 years experience in buildings. Responsibility: To prepare tenders, quotations, attend meetings, to make visit to ongoing sites, project planning & coordination, fluency in English etc.)
2. Site Engineer– (BE Civil, over 8 years experience in Buildings Construction & should be able to execute projects independently, prepare rate analysis, Work Schedules, Bar Bending Schedules etc.)
3. Civil Overseers – (Diploma in Civil, over 7 years experience in Buildings)
4. Supervisors – (CTEVT passed in civil, over 5 years experience in Buildings).
5. Office Assistant/ Runner – (Minimum S.L.C. and above with a valid driver’s license for motorcycle.
