Sr. Manager/ Manager – Few
Bachelor’s degree (Preferably Master’s Degree) in relevant subjects such as Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Economics or Management
Prior experience of minimum 5 years in insurance sector at senior management level,
Possess in-depth knowledge of the products along with wide business network.
Proficient in developing marketing plans and strategies.
Ability to penetrate into and generate new market,
Should have strong leadership personality with communication ability to motivate, guide and direct the team members.
Must be well-familiar with directives of the regulatory body.
Should present business development plan
Deputy Manager I Assistant Manager – Few
Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s degree with relevant subjects such as Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Econom-ics or Management.
Prior experience of minimum 4 years of Marketing in insurance with 2 years at management level
Possess in-depth knowledge of the products.
Ability to achieve the business target and generate new market.
Well-aware of the rules and regulation pertaining to insurance should have managerial traits.
Assistant Manager Officer (Claims) – Few
Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s degree) in relevant subjects such as Engineering (automobile/mechanical engineering), Banking & Insurance or Management
Prior experience of minimum 5 years for Assistant Manager and 4 years for officer in the insurance/financial sector with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the claims procedure and operation,
Ability to deal with legal and other technical matters.
Must be organized, structured and effective in resolving claims settlement and grievances handling.
Officer ( Marketing – Few
Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s Degree) in relevant subjects such as Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Econom-ics or Management.
Prior experience of minimum 4 years in the insurance/financial sector.
Well-informed and updated in prevailing market trends and situations,
Must be client-oriented with strong communication and persuading skills,
Ability to achieve the busines target and enter into different market segments.
Officer (Underwriting/ Reinsurance) – Few
Bachelor’s degree (prefers .-The Master’s degree) in relevant subjects such as Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Economics or Management
Prior experience of minimum 4 years in the insurance/financial sector with in-depth knowledge of the policy coverage and processes. 0 Well-familiar with insurance tariffs.
Profiicient in daily underwriting and processing of risks (Underwriting).
Must have strong organizational and negotiation skills (Reinsurance).
Must be good in presentation and relationship management (Reinsurance),
Assistant/Jr. Assistant ) – Few
Bachelors Degree, preferably in Commerce/Management.
Few years of work experience in accountsklaims.
Should have understanding and knowledge of accounting claims procedures. ). Should have the zeal to learn and grow,
Must be competent in Nepali and English typing.
Trainee – Few
Bachelor or Certificate (10+2) in any stream.
Should nave Dd-I understanding of general insurance.
