1. Position: Strategy and Enterprise Risk Management Specialist (One) based WVIN National Office, Lalitpur (RE-ADVERTISED)

Job Purpose : Provide technical leadership in the formulation, implementation, and review of WVIN’s strategy to enhance organisational accountability and effectiveness, analyze and update country context in the light of Child Well-being/WVIN strategy and Programme operations and provide key recommendations to Leadership Team, provide leadership in Enterprise Risk Management by identification of risks and facilitation to devise risk mitigation measures: and monitor these in a regular basis to ensure that WVIN is able to effectively meet its strategic objectives.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience required:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred Master degree) in Economics/Business or Public Administration, or relevant discipline from recognized university with at least three years hands on experience in applying strategy frameworks, concepts and methodologies and three years cross-functional management experience in an international environment, preferably in Asia,good knowledge of humanitarian industry, strong leadership. analytical, organisational , coordination, planning, facilitation, negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills, good strategic thinking and analytical skills, good understanding financial management and resource allocation, advanced Excel and quantitative skills, demonstrate collaboration & team building skills, effective relationship management skills; ability to influence without having authority, excellent oral and written English communication skills, committed to World Vision Ethos, Mission,Vision, and Core Values.

2. Position: Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (One) —Time Bound based WVIN National Office, Lalitpur (RE-ADVERTISED)

Job Purpose: Provide technical leadership in measurement of indicators, build organisational capacity on reliable, valid, current information relating to the indicators adopted by WVIN strategy, programs and projects, carry out descriptive and inferential statistical analysis using software in order to produce meaningful outputs of studies which would inform WVIN programming, disseminate the information to stakeholders — at national level and field level that leads to sensitization and ownership of the results.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience required:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred Master degree) in Statistics/Economics/Business or Public Administration, or relevant discipline from recognised university with at least three years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation and three years cross-functional management experience in an international environment, preferably in Asia, good knowledge of humanitarian industry, strong leadership, analytical, organisational . coordination, planning. facilitation skills, good knowledge of designing social surveys, leading the surveys and analysis, sampling techniques, descriptive and inferential statistical methods, good knowledge of SPSS or STRATA. advanced Excel and quantitative skills, demonstrate collaboration & team building skills, ability to influence without having authority, excellent oral and written English or Nepali communication skills, committed to World Vision Ethos, Mission, Vision, and Core Values.

3. People & Culture (P&C) Staff Care Advisor (One) based in National Office, WVIN, Lalitpur

Job Purpose: The P&C Staff Care Advisor is responsible to support the Senior Management team to deliver Staff Care Outcomes for organisational-wide high performance.Additionally, as part of the P&C Lead Team, work to ensure the P&C function delivers effective fit for purpose business support to enable staff engagement. organisational performance. and staff care.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience required:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s degree) in Management/Social Work/Sociology/Psychology or relevant subject from recognised university with at least three years’ experience in related field in an organisation with strong organisational Values and can integrate ways of working for Change and Performance Management to reflect alignment with Values, have strong leadership coaching skills, good knowledge of Human Resources functional capabilities, excellent Facilitation Skills to engage a Leadership level audience in decisions and following through on outcomes, good analytical skills to identify insights from people metrics, change data and engagement results, demonstrated ability to lead successful change projects ensuring the integration of strategy, culture and capability requirements. excellent oral and written English or Nepali communication skills, committed to World Vision Ethos, Mission,Vision, and Core Values.

4. Position: AreaTechnical Coordinator, Livelihood – (Few)

Job Location: Jumla, Kailali and other rural district Job Purpose: To ensure that livelihoods technical interventions are delivered to a high quality, and in alignment with WVIN’s livelihoods strategy.This includes ensuring designs and plans are in alignment with strategy and latest thinking.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience required:

Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Master’s) in Agriculture or related field from recognized university with at least two years’ work experience in livelihood sectors in rural areas, good knowledge of community based livelihood projects and emerging issues of rural farmers of Nepal, good Knowledge of organic farming and co-operative capacity building, excellent Training and Facilitation skills, excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Nepali; competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation, ability to operate effectively and sensitively in the cultural context of Nepal. willingness to commit to World Vision ethos, vision, mission and core values, self-motivated, confident, independent, creative with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, positive learning attitude and concern for the poor and vulnerable people.
