Good Neighbors Nepal (GNN) is a national NGO working in Nepal since 2002 with the objective of improving the lives of people, especially community through education, livelihood activities, health services,VVASH, advocacy, network building and disaster risk reduction. GNN invites application for following positions for Livelihood Improvement of Women at Barpak VDC, Gorkha District in the funding of JICA (RRNE).
Sub Team Leader (Agriculture/Livestock) : (One)
Job Purpose : Provide the technical leadership in the design and implementation of livelihood program component develop training manual s, technical training & monitoring of goat farming and agriculture activities in coverage area and reporting to funding partners.
Minimum Qualification and Experience Required : Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Livestock or related field with at least two years’ experience in livelihood sectors in rural areas, good knowledge of community based livelihood projects and emerging issued or rural farmers of Nepal.
JTA : (One Veg and One Vet)
Job Purpose: Provide the orientation to community people and basically responsible for motivating and providing agricultural and livelihood technical knowledge to the groups/farmers for livelihood improvement having the knowledge on goat farming.
Minimum Qualification and Experience required : JTA Vegetable/ Livestock in related field with at least two years’ experience in development projects. Preference will be to those who already worked as Agriculture SM at communities.
