— Call for Expression of Interest (E0I)
This notice is published for seeking E01 from interested firms, companies and association for the supplies of materials and services for the fiscal year 2016-17. Interested parties are requested to apply along with the copies of following documents within io days from the date of notice publication and submit either in person or e-mail at the address mentioned in this notice:
1. Firm Registration
2. VAT certificate
3. Latest Tax clearance certificate
Supplies/Services:
1. Office furniture and fixtures
2. Computers, electronic office equipment and related accessories.
3. Repair and maintenance of computers, printers, electronic items and office equipment.
4. Stationer and office supplies.
5. Printing and publication.
6. Air Travel ticketing, Cargo and Land transportation (PAN Registration for domestic transportation)
7. T-Shirts, Jackets, Caps and Bags.
NOTES:
1,The incomplete Application and submission after the deadline shall not be entertained
2,An active roaster shall be maintained for suppliers who meet the required criteria for suppliers and services.
3,REED Nepal reserve the right to select vendors as per organizational need.
