TRAINEE ASSISTANT

Proposed Branches : Biratchowk, Taplejung, Ilam, Phikkal, Mirchaiya-Siraha, Hile
Central Region
Existing Branches : Bardibas, Birgunj, Hetauda, Janakpur, Kalaiya, Kshireshwor, Simara, Sindhuli, Namche
Proposed Branches : Chandrapur & Garuda-Rautahat
Pokhara Region
Existing Branches : Sabagriha chowk, Bagar, Biruta, Buddhachowk, Chipledhunga, Parsyang, Damauli
Proposed Branches : Beni, Lakeside, Besisahar
Western Region
Existing Branches : Bhairahawa, Butwal, Krishnanagar, Narayangarh, Parasi, Tandi
Proposed Branches : Kawasoti, Palpa
Mid Western Region
Existing Branches : Dailekh, Ghorahi, Kohalpur, Nepalgunj, Tulsipur
Proposed Branches : Surkhet, Bijuwar Bazar (Pyuthan)
Far Western Region
Existing Branches : Bauniya, Dadeldhura, Dhangadhi, Mahendranagar, Tikapur
Minimum Qualification and Requirement:
Bachelors Degree in Commerce/Management with minimum 50% marks or CGPA of 2.5 with age not exceeding 26 years as on 1st October, 2016
Candidates are expected to be:
- Good in Computing Skills including Office applications
- Good in Communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Nepali
- Ready to relocate at any Location/Branches as per the Bank need
- Smart personality with excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and desire to excel.
Candidates should mention the preferred location during the time of application.
Depending on the number of applications received for the particular location, the Bank may raise the minimum education cut off marks from 50% as short listing criteria and call only shortlisted candidates for further selection process.
Preference will be given to suitable local candidates or candidates from the surrounding areas of the branches. Candidates applying for branches outside Kathmandu valley shall commit at least 4 years of service in the chosen location. Candidates applying for branches within Kathmandu valley can also be transferred to any branches out of Kathmandu Valley as per the business requirement of the Bank.
Candidates shall clearly indicate the preferred location. However, in case of more than one preferred location, candidate must clearly indicate list of preferred locations applied for in the order of priority.

Canvassing at any stage of the processes shall lead to disqualification of the candidate for this vacancy and any future recruitment process.
