Job Detail: The Management Trainee is a position at the Bank where s/he will be trained in overall banking, aimed at enhancing her / his managerial efficiency. No Prior Experience is required.

Minimum Qualification: Master’s degree in Commerce! Management/ Business Studies/ Business Administration/ Economics from a recognized University with minimum first division marks or CGPA of 3.00. Other Requirements: Age should not exceed 30 years as of September 10. 2017.


Job Detail: This is an entry level position at the Bank where s/he will be working in various departments/branches of the Bank within and outside of Kathmandu valley including upcoming branches in different Gaunpafika/Nagarpalika

No Prior Experience is required.

The written exam of the shortlisted candidates for Trainee Assistants shall be conducted in four different locations stated as hereunder:

  • Kathmandu
  • Narayangarh
  • Nepalgunj
  • Itahari

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/ Management/ Business Studies! Business Administration! Economics or equivalent degree from a recognized University with minimum second division marks or CGPA of 2.50.

Other Requirements: Age should not exceed 25 years for inside valley branches and 27 years for other branches as of September 10, 2017.

Application without disclosure of age and marks/percentage for each level of Degree from SLC/ Equivalent onwards shall be disqualified. For all job positions, selected candidates may be appointed in various areas depending upon his/her competency. Preference will be given to the local candidates

All candidates are expected to be proficient in written/spoken Nepali and English and be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. For the positions mentioned above, candidates are expected to have smart personality, pleasant and cheerful nature with excellent interpersonal skills, desire to excel and a positive attitude.
